I just received a PinPad back from Ingenico.  Due to an isolated encryption key issue with my Paymentech account, I had to send the PinPad in to TASQ for Reinjection of Key #194.  I received that PinPad back from TASQ and the PinPad would not talk to the OPOS driver.  The PinPad booted up to the basic test app from Ingenico and said "Waiting for Online".  Normally, the PinPad would say "Ready".

Does anybody know if Key #1, when injected, also downloads the OPOS app to the Ingenico En-Crypt 2100?  If not, how do I get the PinPad to function properly after being returned from repair?  Is there some way to manually load the OPOS app on the PinPad?

Key #1 does not load OPOS App.  I was able to obtain OPOS app and download it myself with help from Ingenico Tech Support.  Downloading does not erase encryption
