Our IT department has informed me that these three files aren't being backed up because they are either corrupt or in use. Does anyone know what impact should this have?
Backup - C: C DRIVEUnable to open the item C:\Apps\Retail\Rpro\SA200211.DAT - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\Apps\Retail\Rpro\Eft\EFTRun.dat - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\Apps\Retail\Rpro\RECONST\SOA0000.003 - skipped

Hey Mark, with the backup error, it does look like their are files open. If Rpro was closed, you may want to reboot that PC. Also verify that reconstruct is not running during the backup.
The EFTrun.dat is simply a lock file.
