| | We use an Okidata microline 320turbo as our receipt printer. We are also on version 7.61 - antiques I know, but they work for us. All of a sudden the receipts started printing in a huge typeface. Turned the printer off and the computer off and checked the connections. It works OK for a while and then either prints large typeface or sometimes heiroglyphics. What would cause this? Did the Bozo bimbos do something? The printer itself is set on UTL and 10 pitch. thanks

| Since no one has responded, does that mean that no one else has ever had this problem???

| | Have you tried doing a factory reset. The steps for this varies per model, and we don't have those printers available, but the instruction manual will tell you how to do that. Printing garbage, however, makes me think the printer might be dying, but I wold try the factory reset before coming to that conclusion.
