I have 2 questions with regards to ECI and UPS

1. Is there an easy was to link peoples shipping address's from ECI to UPS so that you dont have to have the human error factor in re typing the customers address into UPS world ship

2. How do I set up ECI and UPS to send the customer an email with there order tracking number

There is a UPS plugin for Retail pro that can import data into UPS Worldship. Please contact your Retail Pro sales person for pricing and details.
