I believe this is a known bug in Rpro, but when processing a return, the dialog box to supply a return reason does not always pop up. Any thoughts? New to the forums, thanks for any help.

Yes, it's a bug in the OSD extension suite. Here are some suggestions that have worked in the past:

3 ways to get it back working.
1. Open WS preferences and save.
2. Open system preferences and save.
3. Close and reopen Retail Pro.
