We are looking for a good remote control software. We need to work with some unattended pc’s and MAC which are connected to internet. Some are with dynamic ip and some are with static ip. Some stores are having only dial up. Therefore it needs to work with both internet and dialup. Like to share forum members experience with remote support softrware

PCAnywhere has a version that does Dynamic DNS.  Moved from PCA to a Managed Services Platform called Kaseya so didn't test.
