| We are 8 year users of RPro. Our preferred report when attending purchasing trade shows is a summary report sorted in order: DSC, Vendor, Style, Attribute, Size, Cost, Price, QTY on hand, QTY recd, QTY sold, Last date recd, last date sold, and Item number. Our rec'd and sold number are created by running SRO totals. This report is an excellent report with each item only taking one line on the report and in landscape mode allowing us to have several items per page. We presently have 40,000 SKU's in our inventory. Question: Is is possible for this report (continuing with only one line per item) to include 12 additional month columns showing the quantity of the item sold during each month? When attending these buying markets we like to run SRO totals back 12 months. However, only showing a "total sold" and "total recd" does not allow us to determine which months these items sold in, making pre-booking shipments harder to determine. If I have a report showing monthly sales, I would not need the two columns "last date recd" and "last date sold".

| | You would probably have to export to excel due to that many fields on one line going into a second page. A macro could probably be written that will do this for you. Just copy the report and add the months to see what will happen. Dave

| | thanks, we usually use exel and print on legal, landscape. However, I don't see in retail pro any report that allows me to print sales by month? When we run SRO it then reflects those defined totals in the columns "sold" and "recd" under the parameters of SRO. However, SRO should not effect the quantity sold during June or July etc. What field inputs do i use to show product sold during any given month(s)? Thanks for the help Kris

| | I think you could use a merchandise report and add each month as a data type. Dave
