i am a new user and cant find any user manual in my company!(especially for creating report )

and also pls provide Knowledge Base pwd and user id for me!

Hi Lynn, the user manual for Version 8 is on the home page of Retail Pro, as Emanuals. If you dont see it there, contact your dealer and they can help you out.
