Anyone know what file cantains my customer list?  I want to restore it without restoring everything else.

Client.dat has the customers. However it also contains store credit, so if sales have been run after the backup, you may have incorrect store credit amounts, additionally you would lose any customers that were added after the backup of the file. Make sure you backup you current Client.dat before doing this.
