It sounds like there may be something wrong with it.</description><pubDate>Thu, 09 Oct 2008 07:37:45 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Brett R</dc:creator></item><item><title>Bulk Recording of orders is catching Deleted SOs</title><link>http://forum.onestepretail.com/Topic6963-19-1.aspx</link><description>Several times now I've had this issue occur: &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- I've deleted and archived certain SOs in RetailPro for various reasons (e.g., canceled per customer request)&lt;br&gt;- I then filter SOs to record the sales (we have 3 SO types, which are recorded separately)&lt;br&gt;- I highlight the orders and click "Record Sale/Return" (assuming the orders I've already *deleted* won't be in the list)&lt;br&gt;- After recording, the deleted orders are in the "Sales Orders" list, not "Archived SOs", and have been recorded and assigned receipt numbers&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;How is this possible?! &lt;img align="absmiddle" src="http://forum.onestepretail.com/Skins/Classic/Images/EmotIcons/Crazy.gif" border="0" title="Crazy"&gt;</description><pubDate>Wed, 08 Oct 2008 10:20:36 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>RTMeyer7</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
