Rpro9 error on Check In/Out

I have a error when some associate put your check in / out. Error “check in may not happen for the date when employee was already checked in”
I have the last MP (.152), But associate dont have any check in on system. If possible disable this flag on sql via query.

I have a printer Epson TMT-88V or another brand termal printer, when my computer has 1 or 3 hours with inactivity (dont print invoices or anything), when push print button this printer don't print. I have turn off and on button hardware on printer.
What I has to need config, to printer always is online, and print inmediately?. I chekc power energy on win7, high performance, dont sleep never.
Some suggestion?.

Hi,
I'm getting some problem in implementing lost sale Receipt. In the current scenario cashier can print the lost sale Receipt. I've tried my best to restrict the print out of lost sale receipt but i didn't find any option in security admin or in preferences. If cashier can print the lost sale receipt he can make this receipt for an actual sale and can give it to the customer.

Barcode Printing OCX on rpro8

I installed rpro8 link on another server with link R:\retail\ /WS:xx (R is a map patch) and I user remote desktop on this server, but I have this error when I try to print label on rpro8.
1. when open rpro8.exe"some files needed for printing barcode ..."

If possible run rpro8 on a server win2008 with remote desktop (Terminal Services enabled).
I have 2 server, a rpro8 installed on win2003 and other other server with win2008 x64 terminal server licensed, If possible via map drive R: /WS:xx (on rpro win2003), access it via win2008 terminal services.

Apply MP Update on RPro9 damage previous installation

I apply update Rpro_9.20.721.137MP, when finish to install OraPatch, and restart services, I have this warning message. License has expired. I check all step was correctly config, but I dont access techtoolkit on offline mode (/m:rpf with dbsec.dat) to restore database.
I have this message on techtoolkit (Could not locate OCI dll).
If possible rollback OraPatch when install MP Update?. Or another way to restore my database?.
I check alerts on oracle and I dont see nothing anormal.

Polling Too Many Stations at the Remote

I have this error on MAIN Polling on rpro8. I have a sale where I have 1 workstation, but on sale date I had add 2 more workstation and polling ok and license manager add 001A ws01, 001A ws02,001A ws03. The sale finish, I need return to 1 workstation. I put on license on both side (remote and main), license manager 001A ws01. But yet I have this error "Too Many stations at the remote", my BP said me, delete wsxx folder on C:\Retail\rpro, but nothing. I have some trick or some idea to resolve this issue.

I have rpro8 installed on server and shared on win7 workstation. But this run very slow on gigabit network, when I use 10/100 switch, rpro run more faster than 100/100/100 switch.

You have some idea, about that?.

Please help me how to enable the TRANSFERS main menu option in RPRO. I noticed in one of our stores that TRANSFERS option is grayed out/disabled while in other stores, all is OK. Help please. What causes this situation anyway?

Range Check error rpro 8

I have rpro8 main on server (workgroup standalone), but I have 4 workstation (2 on workgroup enviroment) and 2 workstation inside domain controller on another server. 2 PC with workgroup enviroment run very fast to load rpro8, but 2 PC on domain, Its to slow to load rpro8.6. Rpro8 main has a shared folder with everyone permision.
I dont know whats is it problem?.

I just enabled rproScheduler. For the administrator account, there is no problem in the program. However, when i logged on using USER - a limited account, the program message appears. The program continues to run after clicking OK. But the problem is i can not properly shutdown scheduler nor my computer because the error also comes out. Any help will be gladly appreciated. thank you!

ECM Polling - Promo Pricing promotional list

Rpro9 Report - error: failed to retrieve data from database

I register report OH-generic.rpt on server. When I install rpro9 on client, and I add network map patch S: (C:\RetailPro9\Reports.exe) and run it reports on Other, I have this error: Failed to retrieve data from database.

On server run ok, but on client I have it. If necesary register or load report on clients.?

Add Credit Card Information on Tender Rpro8

If possible add some information when tender by Credit Card, for example voucher authorization number (XXXXX).
I dont use ETF o some provider to send credit card information. My POS use alone hardware dialup to send transaction to bank.

I have on a POS, some users had created, but I lost password or I dont see user sysadmin on listed users on SecAdmin on rpro8. If possible recreate this user. I have sysadmin user on rpro8 MAIN, if possible send or regenerate all user on this POS.

Edit field max accumulative discount % on rpro8

"9501-2 RX PINPAD ERROR DEFAULT", Debit Transactions

I was wondering if anyone has ever come across an error in retail pro resembling this “9501-2 RX PINPAD ERROR DEFAULT”. This error occurs only when processing debit transactions, credit card transactions seem to work fine. This problem first started occurring after a flood, the original computer was replaced. So far the unit has been switched with a different machine on the cash wrap and the problem seemed to follow the machine. The hard drives, motherboard, serial cable, have all been replaced but the error still occurs, but not every time, it seem s to be intermittent. Shift 4 keeps telling us to update the software, but after multiple updates it is still occurring, no effect from the updates. I have shipped a replacement case to the site, because about the only thing left that I can think of is if the motherboard is not being grounded properly, missing a board riser or something. Please let me know if anyone else has come across this issue.

XZ Out error load report - retailpro 8.6

I change my server with rpro8.6, then on Workstations I have this error on Former XZ Out, "invalid filename or patch \\retail\c\retail\rpro\design\docdesigns\xzout\xzoutlaser.rpt", I dont open xzfiles. My new server has another hostname. I change all values on workstations preferences and I has same error. I check also folder WSXX, on .ini files.

I setup my Rpro9, I installed Rpro Palm Applications (Palm103108).
On System Preference / Local Preferences / Merchandise / PI Tools
1. Option - Physical Inventory type: Simple Physical, Ini Unit Inventory by UPC, Use Filter for start (enable)
2. SmartScan mode smartscan, group 1 DCS.

On Workstation preference / Peripheral / Inventory Scanner - Palm STP 1800 v1.0.0 - Configure (Scanner Mode Smartscan)

I create my Store PI filter by VC or DCS (It very slow to create!), when I put SmartScan to upload item I have this error:
"There are no items to download", "Error creating Palm downloadable files"
Or I have this error "Table don't exist"

Only I see cost on report (OH by Items) if log in as "sysadmin", I create another user type administrator (power user) and setup all access on secadmin. This new user administrator when run reports I dont see cost on reports.

Error on Choose/Edit Item (On New Receipt, Transfer, etc) at combobox search by Item Number or Desc1. This error occurs when I put first char is numeral (0..9).
