This report is an excellent report with each item only taking one line on the report and in landscape mode allowing us to have several items per page. We presently have 40,000 SKU's in our inventory. Question: Is is possible for this report (continuing with only one line per item) to include 12 additional month columns showing the quantity of the item sold during each month? When attending these buying markets we like to run SRO totals back 12 months. However, only showing a "total sold" and "total recd" does not allow us to determine which months these items sold in, making pre-booking shipments harder to determine. I print the Physical inventory using the Physical Report Detailed form, I am getting different Physical Quantity count between Scanned and Inventory. I already did reconstruct to both main and the remote before i start doing the polling. The procedure that I am doing before the starting the Physical Inventory from the remote are as follows:&lt;P&gt;1.   I reconstruct both the main and the remote&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.   &lt;STRONG&gt;remote &lt;/STRONG&gt;- regenerate voucher, slip, receipts. from last inventory date to present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                  then quickpoll from remote&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.   &lt;STRONG&gt;main &lt;/STRONG&gt;- process in then initialize the remote&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                   then quick poll from remote again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always print on hand Inventory from the main computer and I make sure that it match the on hand from the remote before we start the Physical Inventory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After all the scanning of items from the remote i prepare and update the remote and poll over to the main.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the main i open the Physical Inventory and try to print the the Physical inventory using the Physical Report Detailed form, I am getting different Physical Quantity count between Scanned and Inventory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any problem in our system or its the way i am doing it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!.</description><pubDate>Wed, 10 Oct 2007 13:45:10 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Buknoy®</dc:creator></item><item><title>large print on receipts</title><link>http://forum.onestepretail.com/Topic6101-21-1.aspx</link><description>We use an Okidata microline 320turbo as our receipt printer.  We are also on version 7.61 - antiques I know, but they work for us.  All of a sudden the receipts started printing in a huge typeface.  Turned the printer off and the computer off and checked the connections.  It works OK for a while and then either prints large typeface or sometimes heiroglyphics.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would cause this?  Did the Bozo bimbos do something? They all use port replicators with a mouse, voyager scanners and mag stripe reader using PS2 port and networked together with a netgear 5 port switch/hub.  All on are the same workgroup with sequential IP addresses.  One of the laptops is a server; the other 3 have an 'R' drive mapped to the server and run Rpro a little slowly but otherwise without issue. I use PPM and a zoom modem attached to the server to process credit cards. Upon completing a sale the server prints out receipts immediately.  The other 3 can take up to 30 seconds or more to start printing. How can we fix this to refund the customer's money but not the merchandise?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We also have a case of a settlement report showing someone being charged but there is no receipt for that amount in the entire month.
