Hi guys,

I have encountered a problem while doing Process In. After polling I did "process in" and started processing in  but halfway through its not responding.

I did a full construct then and got a message " problem encountered, files with fatal errors:1".

So please help me to solve this problem

Thank you

What file had the fatal error?

Try running RPROdb and reconstruct that file again.

Hi!

It was an inventory file corruption. What you need to do is to Run the DVS>Advance>Repair tool.

Fix the bugs and the do full reconstruct.

If this is a remote, initialize the inventory out to it. If it is a main, try removing the invn.ix and dia file and reindex, then full reconstruct the file.

If that doesn't work then you may need DVS to fix the file. If you do need to use DVS, make sure you have a backup, and your dealer can help you with it if your not comfortable.

You need to run DVS carefully and you should be authorize user to run this module, please  do backup on all your data.

1.Open your DVS module > Advance > Repair.

2. Enter your password, then open File > browse for Invn.dat file on your RPRO folder

3. You could see a FIND button on the right side and find next bug.

All bugs will be highlighted by a Red color. you need to fix the areas affected. Be carefull it will ruin your inventory.

After saving, run full reconstruc tool.( if you need documents i will give you!)
