There could be 2 things to this problem.

1. ECI is looking at the wrong inventory for the item. This is the reason the Fix Available at tool was created. If you do have qtys of the item in another inventory and it matches what is on the web, that is probably the problem.

2. If Retail Pro has zero Qtys across the board, then try initializing the inventory out of ECI. That should fix the problem.
