Check the polling log and purge it if it prompts you. Also may want to run a full reconstruct.

I've already deleted the log files and run full reconstruct but it doesnt solve the problem.what supposed to be my next step?

Make sure your Autoexec.nt and Config.nt are configured.

Make sure the path statement to \Retail and \retail\rpro are present.

Do you get this error running manually or just from the scheduler?
