Now that we have upgraded to version 8.6, there is a button to create a gift receipt for only select items on the receipt but it doesn't actually print anything. Is there a way we can get this to print?

Hi Mark, check the document design gift.rpt. It sounds like it may be set to sysadmin access. Change it to level4.

Another way you can check it is login as sysadmin and try it. If it works that is the problem.
