| | Midway through 2/17/10 sometime, the date on one of our workstation pc's got changed to 3/17/10. No one realized until about midway through 2/18/10. So there is a zout record that shows a drawer opened 2/17/10 and closed 3/17/10, as well as one that is opened and closed 3/18/10. Obviously these dates are incorrect. Need to know how to either edit these dates OR simply delete the records. Needs fixed because you can now not open a new drawer with the proper date because it says "Date overlaps an existing record" because the 2/17/10 spans technically through 3/17/10. This issue has happened before previously on another workstation in the past. I believe in that instance, we merely had a tech delete the Zout report for the days in question - In this case it would be 2/17 and 2/18. I could do this myself if possible. I simply need to know where/how to access the days (files?) in such a way to delete them. Unsure of where to do this, though. I saw another thread in the forum about deleting within the directory \Retail\Rpro\XZ\Out but I can't find these folders/directories anywhere on my system. Suggestions? |

| | What you saw was for version 8. It sounds like your on version 9. The easiest way to handle this is when all drawers are closed go into system pref>Local Prefs>Point of sale> XZout and adjust the register definition. for example, If its set to workstation, drawer, change to workstation only.
