| | We have a couple remotes where I cannot get the "Today" option to hold in date filter type in Z-Out. It is saved, but reverts back to its former time setting (e.g., 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) Also, some Z-Out reports print the time and some do not. How do I get the time to show up on the printing? | | Hi Linda, sounds like you have a couple issues. For the time printing, make sure the designs match in WS prefs for each workstation. Compare against the WS that is working. The Filter not saving, 1st, this is workstation, report specific. In other words X and Z out both have to be set up and saved on each workstation. If you set the z, it doesn't apply to the x. If that doesn't handle it you can try renaming the rpro\xz folder. If you do this and need the former zouts to be there you will have to copy them from xz\out folder to the new folder.
