| | The system date was accidently changed at a remote yesterday and shows the date of 03/22/2010 instead of 03/10/2010. No one noticed the error so all receipts at that remote are dated 03/22/2010 and the Z-Out was done; polling was successful to the main and that's where the error was caught. The system date at the remote now reads correctly. What's the proper procedure to correct the sales for 03/10/2010 (from 03/22/2010) and poll them to the remote? Can we delete or change the Z-Out for 03/22/2010? Will it allow another Z-Out on 03/22/2010 since one has already been done? Thanks. Linda/Tile For Less |

| | Just change the receipt dates to the correct date, as long as it is in the same month it shouldnt be a problem. The Zout can be run multiple times. You can also delete it as well, but it would need to be done at the remote.

| | The delete button (as well as New, Save, Cancel & Copy) is shaded Former Z-Outs. How do I delete it? Thanks, Linda |

| | It needs to be removed manually. Or ignored. It will not cause a problem not deleting it, as long as you know what had happened. to remove it goto Rpro\XZ\Out and find the name/date of the zout and remove the file.
