what is the reason why the remote station is having an error of "RUN MASTER WORKSTATION"?

2 questions.

Is the remote an actual remote. If so, what version of Retail Pro? You may have to complete a polling cycle.
If the "Remote" is a main then you will have to open Retail Pro from the workstation that has the HASP Key. It will ask you to accept dates.

Sometimes this will happen when you change the RPRODB setting of a Remote station to Main station. The license for this machine will vary and we require a License Key(DONGLE).

To resolve this issue, try to intall the license key on the machine running RPRO. Smile
