We have just started receiving chargebacks for Visa/American Express Gift Cards.  The cards were manually entered into Retail Pro and we have a knuckle buster imprint.  The only issue is the name on the card states Valued Customer.

Any suggestions?

We found the issue.  There is no way to imprint the card since the customer name is not on the front.  Due to the Visa/Amex logo being on the card, we must have an imprinted card number with signature.  We also found out that 10 of our last 15 chargebacks had the same signature on the imprint.

These were a part of a fraud ring called "Operation Blue Ray".  The perps would still credit cards from houses and put the numbers on gift cards.
