Dear Sir,

when i am entering with username sysadmin & password than its showing me error-error reading security file.Please provide me the solution.

Make sure you have a path statement in your system variables for \retail folder and \rpro folder.

Make sure you are launching the Rpro8.exe from the \retail folder.

Verify that Data execution prevention is enabled for windows only.
