We have a remote who cannot X or Z Out as the button is shaded.  All other modules and their selections show properly.  W/S Preferences shows the correct path in Worstation X/Z files.

We are on v 8.4 and modem poll.

Thanks,

Sounds like a rights issue. I would repush all security settings and emp list to that remote. If you can go there, I would delect/remame the secadmin filder in the remote and copy the one from the main to the remote. This will now match the remote with the main. If this is a security issue, this will resolve the problem.

Check to see if the xz.exe is in the rpro folder.  if not then copy from the practice folder and test.  Ensure that combine sales and tax for VAT is unchecked if you don't use VAT.

Initialized security and employees; successfully polled, but that didn't do it.

Dave, your solution was it.  The XZ executable was missing in the Rpro folder.

THANKS!  YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

Linda
