The One Step Data Knowledge Base

The One Step Data Knowledge base contains hundreds of articles supporting Retail Pro. In fact, each one of our technical support calls and its solution is logged into the knowledge base. This means you can effectively access the minds of 23 certified Retail Pro Technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you run Retail Pro.

The knowledge base is an like an encyclopedia, one that holds the data on how to solve support issues experienced by over 1000 Retail Pro Users at over 3000 individual stores. You can access this at anytime with no wait. If there is any reason you cannot find the answer you are looking for to your problem you can always call and have us fix it and then that new solution will be added to the growing wealth of knowledge in the database.

Over the years, clients have been asking for OSD to provide a knowledge base so they can fix some problems on their own. While One Step Data's support department strives to provide the fastest response times possible, the knowledge base will allow you to cut wait time down to zero and fix common problems with simple and fast solutions on your own.

You can even submit questions and suggestions which are answered on a daily basis.

When you use the knowledge base, you will:
