Price increases don't transfer to website

When we update inventory prices in Retail Pro (we're on Version 7), the prices generally change in ECI and therefore on the website once we poll. We are having some problems with some prices not changing. I've checked ECI and the new prices are reflected correctly in there. But for some reason, the new prices do not transfer to the website and it's affecting sales. I tried creating a new catalog and added the problem inventory items to it, polled again, and still these items are at the old prices. Any suggestions?

If the prices do show up in ECI, then I would suggest you check with your website provider. You might want to have our support department on the phone at the same time, so it can be fully debugged.
